Off the Hoof offers customers a completely customized unique farm-to-table beef purchasing experience. We provide the opportunity for customers to purchase whole, half, or quarter portions of our farm-raised, grass fed Black Angus cattle. During the ordering process, you'll select the exact cuts, chops, grinds and smoked products that our team prepares fresh and vacuum-seals for freshness.
