Our expert instructors all have their own unique specialities, including sport-specific training, pre-natal Pilates and post-natal Pilates, exercise for older adults, and more. For us, 'fitness' is more than just a word. We focus on holistic health; supporting and training you through injury recovery, rehabilitation and working toward your goals. Along with Private Pilates Sessions that are entirely tailored to you, we also offer small group fitness classes and small group Pilates classes.
