Breakout Running provides personalized coaching and training advice to runners. It operates much like a personal trainer would, but the emphasis here is on building running fitness and helping athletes achieve their goals. We can train runners for any type of racing event, from mile to marathon, track to trails. We can also assist track & field event participants and multi-sport athletes.
The Breakout Running training approach is tiered; at the top end of the range is the in-person coaching package, at $175 per month. This includes a pre-training interview, design of a tailored training plan, and once-weekly one-hour in person coached workouts.
At the second tier there is an online training option, which includes the initial consultation and plan design, with a weekly check-in.
For the budget conscious, or those who simply need a plan, the tailored training plan is available for a one-time fee of $100.
