Del Monte Assisted Living

We here at Del Monte Assisted Living and Memory Care are pleased to share that we are one of the largest assisted living facilities in the Northern California area to participate in the Assisted Living Waiver Program. Licensed for 158 residents and offering memory care, we are in the city of Stockton in San Joaquin County. We are centrally located between the I-5 and Highway 99 for easier access to our facility for families to come and visit their loved ones.

Del Monte Assisted Living! This is the place where care and compassion are provided in bulk. With our elderly care services in California, seniors can maintain a fair degree of independence while simultaneously receiving assistance with daily chores (like showering/ bathing, medication management, meals, and getting dressed).
