There are 9 levels to the PoleMoves pole dance fitness program, and each level is an 8 hour course which is mastered in 6 weekly lessons which are 1hr + 20 minutes long, meaning you can master the pole in much less time than many other pole courses. Click here to view all starting dates!
From the Polemoves beginner course right up to Polemoves Ultimate 3 routine course, each 6 week course is overflowing with sexy and empowering pole dance moves & tricks, floor-work and a crazy amount of spins performed in routines to today’s latest tracks! All the techniques and progressions are designed to build strength and skills for upcoming spins and tricks, all whilst having a laugh with the girls and feeling sexy in your own skin!
