Prenatal Yoga is a space to honor the physical and emotional transitions expecting mothers experience during pregnancy.
This class provides an opportunity to learn relaxation techniques, explore breathing practices, build strength while alleviating many common pregnancy discomforts, and gain support from mothers in the community. Many of the tools offered in prenatal yoga extend beyond pregnancy, helping during childbirth and throughout motherhood as well.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Pregnancy is the perfect time to discover the benefits of yoga!
Pre-registration is necessary - $100 for 6 weeks.
