A fun fitness class – set to booty bouncing, twerky tunes.
This isn't a dance class - we learn no routines and no experience is required.
We warm up, roll out the body, squat, pulse, wiggle, swing our hips, pop the chest, shimmy and jiggle to awesome music – taking inspiration from dancehall, reggaeton and belly dance.
If you want to wear tassle shorts, shimmy skirts or even a thong tha thong thong thong, you're welcome. We can close the curtains and no one will judge you.
It is fun, light-hearted, silly and...possible slightly intense - expect jumping, bouncing, popping, tick-tocking, twerking and more.
We will stretch out at the end, and can go eat a pizza afterwards or something.
* Remember, it’s a fun fitness class and we do it to workout and have fun – if you want to learn dance routines, I cannot help you – but you are welcome to show us some moves if you already have them :)
