A 4 week Beginners Vinyasa Course created specifically for students new to yoga. Learn the fundamentals of this flowing practice in an open and supportive environment, with the opportunity to ask questions and modify the practice/postures to suit individual needs.
What will I learn?

You will learn the fundamentals of a Vinyasa practice:

•A little bit about the history and philosophy of yoga

• Variations of Surya Namaskara (sun salute) sequence, which links yoga postures and conscious breathing to create a meditative flow.

•Asana (Posture) fundamentals, breaking down key poses.

•The heating and cleansing breathing practice - ujjayi pranayama

•The stabilising internal muscular locks (bandhas) which help us to balance strength with flexibility in the body and to create stability in the abdomen and lower back.
