EAC is your one-stop-club to help improve and maintain your physical and mental performance. Our facility includes a performance weight room, four exercise studios, hosting group exercise class, team training, and private personal training sessions. Athletic teams will get back to basics and learn the fundamentals in movements. Clients will learn to listen to their body, stand taller, and breathe deeper. Our community will help motivate you to become the best version of yourself.
