Meet Janda and Wade Fussell, owners of HAS Inspections, LLC. We are a licensed and insured inspection company serving most of Florida. We specialize in residential and commercial building inspections, ranging from home inspections and Insurance inspections such as 4-points and wind mits all the way to FHA required inspections on manufactured, modular and site-built homes. Janda’s Dad, Andy Shirley, started the company in January of 2010 with 15 prior years’ experience in the inspection industry. Janda has been with Andy since he opened and Wade has been with the company for the past 5 years and is a licensed home inspector as well as a licensed mobile home installer. Andy retired in December of 2017 and is now a silent partner while Janda And Wade are the next generation of HAS.
