Just Live Counselling Services is an all inclusive and safe space for my clients and we care for the well being of all my clients using a collaborative and strength based approach. We often use a variety of approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. In addition to working with children and youth, I also work vastly along with LGBTQ+ and adults whom present concerns of Anxiety, Depression Counselling in Newton, trauma, amid others. Currently, as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, we bring in what we have learned in working with children and youth into my practice by being compassionate, caring and patient.
