All of my classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The yoga I teach isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about moving your body in a way that feels good and taking time out of your busy week for yourself. I do yoga because I love the way it feels in my body and mind, not how it looks. I’d love for you to join me and find out for yourself.

Pregnancy Yoga
We will cover a different birth-preparation topic each week, practice yoga postures that are safe and beneficial for pregnancy, learn breathing techniques for labour and birth, and take time at the end of every class to relax and bond with baby.
Women’s Yoga
Flowing vinyasa-style yoga for body and mind. You'll leave feeling relaxed and yet energised; calm and strong. This class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners as options will be given to tailor your practice to you, your body and your energy. You will learn breathing techniques to calm the body and mind, yoga postures to stretch and strengthen, and enjoy blissful guided relaxation at the end of the class.
Parent & Baby Yoga
Take time for your own physical and mental wellbeing while still spending quality time with your baby. Suitable from 6-10 weeks after birth and modifications can be given for any ailment, aches or pains.
