|Missão||PAALS is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to enriching and empowering children and adults with physical disabilities and social needs by training service animals and providing animal assisted educational and recreational activities.|
Our mission is to enrich and empower children and adults with physical disabilities and social needs by training service dogs and providing animal assisted educational and recreational activities.
PAALS trains assistance dogs to help individuals with disabilities other than blindness or deafness. These dogs can help with a vast array of tasks to assist with physical disabilities and social needs.
Our assistance dogs to help individuals with mobility disabilities, veterans and others with PTSD/TBI and children with autism. We also train facility dogs who work with a professional in a variety of health, education or rehabilitation facilities.
We also conduct many programs within our community to educated about service dogs and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
|Prémios||PAALS is the only Assistance Dog International (ADI) certified service dog training organization based in South Carolina. PAALS is a founding member of Animal Assisted Intervention International (AAII) and is a member of the AAII Board of Directors|
