Medicaid in the US has grown dramatically due to both Obamacare expansions on Covid relief. In the last two years the number of Americans on Medicaid has gone from 60 million to 95 million and grown to a $750-billion-dollar program. Effective April 1, 2023, each state is required to physically review every current Medicaid user as well as new applicants, creating an impossible burden on state resources.
By bundling publicly available information combined with confidential information gleaned from credit bureaus, IRS record and more, all of which is required by the Federal Government, we dramatically reduce the documentation burden on the Applicant, while simultaneously reducing the burden for the state intake worker on both new applicants and renewals, reducing the decision time from weeks or months to minutes. In addition, we have added an “exit ramp” for those who no longer qualify, based on the demand for redetermination. This exit ramp offers the user the ability for us to transfer their data to another exchange to avoid any lapse in coverage.
