DISCOVERY - You have a great idea, but will it work? Every business owner asks themselves this questions, whether they are just getting
started or thinking about a new product or service. In this kick-off session of Coffee & Coaching, we will look at a framework for evaluating ideas so you can pursue ideas that win.
STARTUP - When you’re ready to pursue that winning idea, how do you get the funding and assemble the team to get the ball rolling? Do
you take on partners or go it alone? In this session of Coffee & Coaching, we look at all that and more, including some of the biggest myths versus realities of starting your own business.
THE GRIND - It takes a lot to get a new business off the ground, and sometimes we get so used to the hard work and long days (and nights) that we forget it shouldn’t always be that way. This is the Grind! It is true that it is the grind that puts the fine edge on the blade but it will also rough you up and leave you exhausted. In this session of Coffee & Coaching, we will look at how to escape the grinder and reconnect with your life!
STABILITY - You have graduated from being a Grinder. The organization is making good decisions and results are supporting your feelings.
Now is the time to do the long term planning you kept putting off because you were putting out fires. Areas to address include: business growth, organizational structure, financial capabilities and options, growing pipelines, business investment and others.
GROWTH - It’s time to revisit your business vision. Things have changed, your organization has grown and matured. Develop your new vision with the leadership team. Let go of the reins, let them help determine the future of your company. It’s time to develop a solid and
executable plan for strategic growth. Where do you want to be...Regional, National, Global? What else can you provide...new product/service How will you develop it...internal,acquisition, new hires?
