I recently purchased my first apartment, but before moving in, I wanted to completely renovate it before calling it "home." I was looking to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom, create a kitchen pass through window, replace the floors and baseboards, scrape the popcorn ceilings, reconfigure a few walls and doors, replace two large windows, add dozens of electrical outlets, and lots of other things.
