Meta Performance Center is dedicated to helping you achieve results through hard work and a strong group dynamic. Our programs combine various training methods from traditional core lifts to Olympic lifts, strongman training, cardio conditioning and boot camps. We place a strong emphasis on increasing your overall fitness level while teaching you how to maintain and continue on your fitness journey. It makes no difference if you are a professional athlete or someone who has never stepped into a gym before, at Meta Performance Center we will customize our programs to fit your needs. We welcome all fitness levels and anyone who has a goal but are in need of a plan.
Our programs include, but are not limited to: Athletic Training - high school, college, pro, “weekend warrior”, Fat Loss, Running Programs - 5k, marathons, etc., Body Composition Change, Rehabilitation, and any other fitness goals or needs.
