Network Personnel is an organisation with an extensive knowledge of the Magherafelt, Cookstown & Moyle areas. We have a detailed knowledge of the issues facing the communities in which we operate, as well as an understanding of the employment opportunities (existing and potential) in and around these communities.
On 30th November 2011, Network Personnel officially opened a third branch at 2 Quay Road Ballycastle. The new premises were acquired in order to facilitate the delivery of ‘Source’, a new and innovative employment support programme, in the Moyle District Council area.
In addition to the Moyle & Cookstown areas, the programme is also available on an outreach basis in the Antrim, Ballymena, Ballymoney Carrickfergus, Coleraine, Larne, Limavady & Newtownabbey District Council areas to individuals who have one or more employability barriers including a history of homelessness, ex-offenders/ex-prisoners, a history of drug/alcohol misuse or young adults leaving care.
The Workspace Group (the Parent Organisation of Network Personnel) holds Investors in People and ISO 9001 accreditations (which cascade down into NP) and has amassed a number of prestigious awards including:

•Ulster Bank ACE Enterprise Award;
•BP Marketing Award;
•Gallagher Business Challenge Award;
•Daily Telegraph Business Champions;
•AIB Better Ireland Award;
•National Training Award

Furthermore Network Personnel are subject to strict audits and inspections by a number of organisations including; FAST and ETI.
While we also follow a number of LEMIS quality related elements in:
•A LEMIS-specific quality statement included within the NP LEMIS business plan
•A case-conferencing approach which will make full use of NP's staff expertise
•Use of client feedback to improve and adapt LEMIS delivery

Steps to Work - First Start/50+
Steps to Work offers a number of different choices around work related activities that can be fitted to suit your needs when it comes to finding you employment.
The Local Employment Intermediary Service (LEMIS) is an initiative designed to help unemployed people in the community overcome those issues that may be preventing them from finding and keeping a job.
Community Family Support
The Community Family Support Programme supports families as they make life changing decisions to improve their everyday lives.
An “in-depth” assessment to help identify the client’s lifestyle, training and job goals, and the impact that their previous history may have on the achieving these goals
Production of an individually tailored action plan which will be reviewed regularly (at least once every four weeks) with the customer
Identification of client needs, liaison with and, if appropriate, referral to specialist providers in order to help clients overcome personal barriers. (eg. Health issues, accommodation matters, debt advice etc.
Assisting the client in understanding and accessing Departmental provision
Client entry into training, education or employment with subsequent sustained contact between customer and SOURCE employment mentor for up to 13 weeks
