Joseph Shear, founder and owner of Northeastern Masonry & Chimney, opened Northeastern Fireplace & Design, a fully-stocked and staffed showroom, in 2007. Joe opened the business because, having provided comprehensive chimney and fireplace services throughout the area for years, he and his employees realized there was a real need for an alternative heating solutions business in the Capital District Region. Since then, the knowledgeable and friendly team at Northeastern Fireplace & Design has served over 17,000 satisfied customers.
