"Yoked Fitness" is the culmination of a lifelong passion for strength and fitness, coupled with a personal philosophy and outlook on life. Owned and operated by Jim Seratt, a competitive powerlifter with an 1800-pound multi-ply total, and a 1530-pound raw total in the 242-pound weight class, "Yoked Fitness" is here to help you reach any and all of your personal fitness, strength, and health needs.
As a competitive powerlifter, Jim's area of expertise is strength. However, Jim has experience in the strength and conditioning field (Director of Performance at Two-K Sports Training, Strength and Conditioning Coach for Drury University softball) as well, and is adept at increasing overall athleticism--meaning increased strength, speed, stamina, and agility.
"Yoked Fitness" welcomes clients from all skill levels, backgrounds, and of all ages. Jim is experienced working with children, young adults, college age athletes, and adults. Jim is also comfortable working with groups of different sizes, including teams, and individuals.
