Clients can expect fat loss and the protocol protects muscle mass. Weight loss can be quick, and healthy because clients are monitored with state of the art body composition equipment. After goal weight is achieved, clients enter a stabilization phase and then enter into maintenance. In maintenance and stabilization, the client is educated on how to reintroduce carbohydrates and fats into their diet. The goal is for the client to have a happy, active and healthy lifestyle.
