In these classes Teachers-in- training launch their newly embraced teaching skills and strategy, and appreciate your participation and support! Their intention is to offer you a meaningful yoga experience that really makes a difference in the quality of your life.
Phoenix Rising Yoga offers simple, do-able postures and guided self-inquiry to support you in using Yoga to change or enhance the quality of your life. Each class will include a theme or themes to frame each experience and will last approximately one hour. Themes for these classes are:
