Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all relaxations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep, the semi conscious state between sleeping and being fully awake.
Join us for a whole two and a half hours of relaxing Yoga, deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and meditation. Take time for yourself to relax and restore yourself. Enjoy slowly and mindfully stretching the body whist supported by bolsters and cushions, before wrapping yourself up in a soft snug blanket to enjoy a deep relaxation and focused meditation practice. Feel nurtured, pampered and restored.
Whilst in the safe relaxed space discover your hearts desire and use a manifestation meditation practice to bring this into your life. Energy created by the full moon meansthis practice is powerful and aims to shift negativity and bring in more peace and love. Handouts will be given so you can continue your manifesting at home.
