Eneco has an extremely high level of customer retention. Our team look after you throughout the term of your supply contract and constantly monitor the market to help you avoid price surges. There are no hidden charges for our services, we get paid at the end of the term of the contract by the supplier based on a commission pre-agreed with you. Crucially, we do not lock you into a contract directly with us – if you stay with us, it is because you want to. We treat our clients with respect, always keeping them informed and behave with integrity.
