Heritage Communities was created in 2001, with one goal in mind—to create superior living environments for seniors to thrive. Over the years, we evolved from just creating the buildings to operating them and developing exceptional programming. Today, we design and operate Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Support communities across Nebraska, Iowa and Arizona. At Heritage Communities, we know that your expectations of senior living will be our expectations someday, too. We thoughtfully design each of our communities with you in mind. Fun’ may seem out of place in a setting where seniors have serious health care needs, but we want to make sure that the fun is not forgotten for our residents, associates, families and everyone we touch.
