The training system (For people who opt for counselling)
For a person who has never worked out before and has no knowledge of machines, we offer a very well formulated training system. There is a team of 5 certified counsellors with 20 assistants who are spread over from cardiovascular to floor exercises to the entire weights (toning) area.
Once the customer enrolls for a traning programme he/ she can choose for whatever objective they want to workout. Couple of options are; 1) Weight loss/ Fat loss 2) Weight gain/ muscle gain 3) Cardiovascular fitness 4) Flexibility training 5) Injury rehabilitation 6) Stress management 7) General fitness and. well being or any other objective for which one wants to workout for.
The counsellors start with an individual detailed counselling session in which various body information like body weight, body composition analysis, measurements, height etc. is taken and according to one's medical condition s, fitness background and current fitness, a full workout plan and diet plan or guide lines are made. The routine is then passed over to one of the assistants who then makes the client go through the entire routine of exercise. It is a very well guided routine of exercise almost like personal training, one is always clear about the logic as to why one is doing this particular routine. Then there is a periodic follow up session with the counsellor every couple of days depending upon how soon the counsellor wants to do the review again. It could be any time between 4 days to 2 weeks. As a thumb rule if one follows the advice strictly one can start seeing results in as less time as a week. The initial detailed counselling lasts for 1.5 hrs. The follow up sessions take about 15 mts . The trainers are certified from various bodies like I.S.S.A., A.c.E. etc
