Shield Services is a delivery protection company that is dedicated to making small ecommerce business owner's lives easier as well as their online shoppers. We have a free Shopify app that merchants can download and add to their checkout process so all of their customers have the option to opt in for Delivery Protection which means if their shipment gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we will either refund the customer or repurchase the order from the merchant.
