As a relationship Psychotherapist, I help my clients understand their patterns and emotions. I help them understand what is behind their behaviour and help them find ways to improve it. By doing this they are able to create a more positive environment in which they feel safe and secure so that they can work towards stronger relationships with the ones they love.
