The Resistance BJJ Barnet

Here at The Resistance we teach Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and functional Strength & Conditioning classes. We welcome absolutely all levels of fitness and ability, from those who have never put on a pair of boxing gloves to seasoned competitors. We have daytime classes as well as evening classes for both adults and children. Come along for a FREE trial class!
