In loving memory of The Rohdie Group’s founder and chief visionary, Robert C. Rohdie, the property is named after him. Robert “Bob”, built over 20,000 apartments in his lifetime and was always the first one to arrive at work, ready to take on the day. His passion and energy were inspiring and infectious. Born and bred in New York, he made Florida a second home and spent most of his career developing A+ apartment communities.
