Trace specialise in structural waterproofing design and installation, covering a wide variety of structures Commercial and Residential. We take total responsibility for the waterproofing, controlling all aspects of it to ensure a successful outcome. We design, supply, install, guarantee, insure and maintain waterproofing systems.
Our remedial services deal with and prevent problems of damp and decay in buildings above ground, and of water ingress in structures below ground. We are 45+ years trading and have completed over 18,000 projects, are family owned and run (2nd generation), with BA & BSc (Hons), MRICS, CSSW, CSRT, CSTDB, WDS and ACABE qualifications and accreditations in house.
